How do I configure my e-mail?

Our E-mail Configuration has walk through setups for most of the popular email client readers.  However this list is in no way all inclusive.  If you want to save yourself the hassle of setting up your stand-alone email client, you can use our FREE and EASY web-based email located at http://www.iwlink.com Here you can perform all of the functions of an email client like Outlook Express such as send, receive, send and receive attachment files.

Additionally, you can keep your mail stored in our server so you can save on precious disk space.  But the most impressive feature of our web mail is you can read it  from ANY computer in the world!! All you need is a internet connection and a browser.

What are the POP and SMTP mail server settings?

Go to Email Configuration to get detailed instructions on how to configure your system

Whenever you configure an email client to read your email, there are a few settings that are mandatory and these settings must be correct.  The settings that you place in these fields will be used for authentication.  If your email address, mail host (POP/SMTP), username, or password are incorrect, you will not be able to retrieve you web mail.  Your mail host will either be mail.iwlink.com.

I cannot access my e-mail

Make sure your settings are exact according to the instructions give on Email Configuration for Win 95/98.  Also remember, password and usernames are case sensitive.  If you want to rule out server error, go to a DOS prompt and type ..ping mail.iwlink.com and if you get a "reply" then you know that it is not a server error.

Most of the calls that we handle in this are are die to incorrect configuration or suspended account for non payment, which will also prevent email access.
