How do I sign-up with IWLink?
First of all, thank you for choosing IWLink as your Internet
Service Provider. To sign up with our service, visit the Customer On Line
Order Form. You will be presented with the option to use the "Secure"
order form or the "Non-Secure" Form.
The difference is the payment method. If you would
like pay by credit card over the Internet, we provide you with the highest
level of encryption to prevent any attempt at somebody obtaining your
sensitive information.
This method is completely automated and you will need
no assistance from us. The non-secure form will only let you pay by check,
money order, or manual credit card.
Upon completion of the order you will be presented with
a transaction ID. This ID number is written on your check or called in
to our customer service department to complete the order. The method
requires you to pay the initial $10 setup fee.

I can make a connection to IWLink, but I can't get on line.
What is wrong
You should be able to solve this problem by removing all
of the network, adapters and protocols. Do this by going to Start->Settings->Control
Panel-> and clicking the Network icon.
Remove all the components listed. Reinstall the adapters
and protocols according to the instructions given on the Configurations
without the Wizard Page.
Upon completing those instructions go to a DOS prompt
via Start->Programs->MS-DOS Prompt At the prompt, type ping www.iwlink.com This sends the routing file
to your printer, Fax this printed file to us along with your name,
telephone number, your browser name and version number, operating system,
the name of your modem manufacturer, the speed and protocol os your modem,
and the local dial up number you are using to IWLink. (562)
